With this in mind, all items are dispatched to you in our discreet brown parcel-wrap - no mention of Kinky Play at all!
All parcels are signed for to ensure that you and only you receive them! If you are unable to sign for your items, a card will be left detailing where and when you can pick your parcel up.
Orders are processed at midday for same day dispatch.
We endeavour to deliver all items within a 36 hour period but please allow 1-3 working days to receive your order.
If we do not have your order in stock we will try to get it to you within 12-14 days.
Kinky play cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to any postal strikes.
We will try to get your product to you as soon as possible. However, if you can’t wait and wish to pay an additional charge to have your item couriered please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

What if I am not at home during the day?
Don’t worry! Although your billing address must be the same as the address against which your card is registered, you can enter an alternative delivery address when placing your order.
I haven’t received my order when it was expected?
If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, please call us immediately on 020 7935 3306.
